A Community on the Rise

Located next to Alhambra and South Pasadena, El Sereno is predominantly a working-class neighborhood with a bustling community. Known for its rolling hills and classic architecture. As of recently, El Sereno has seen a rapid influx of younger residents in recent years. This is largely in part of the demand for housing spilling out from the surrounding neighborhoods, and its proximity to Cal State LA. Now, El Sereno is shaping into one of LA's next big neighborhoods.
